From glory descending,
Completely depending,
You trusted Your Father
And lived to obey.
In speaking and doing,

You joyfully listened
And followed by faith.
Through weakness came power,

Though empty, You gave with

And full in the flowing
Of God in His fullness

Lord Jesus, You lead us
To faith that can free us,
