Engulfed by seas of change,
Our Lord, we look to You.
In peace and pain, in loss and gain,
These things are always true:
You reign, the Sovereign God.
 “Our Father” is Your name.
Your love is pure, complete, secure
And every day the same.

When darkness hides Your way,
On Christ the rock we stand.
By faith we trace unchanging grace —
All else is sinking sand.
O God of ages past,
Our Hope for years to come,
Our Shelter from the stormy blast
And our eternal home!

Almighty only God!
Creator, Shepherd, Lord!
When faced by fear, with nothing clear,
We rest upon Your Word.
This is our Father’s world —
Great Father, always true,
Though all the wrong may seem so strong,
We fix our eyes on You!
