Lyrics

A hungry throng, a wilderness,
A deep and gnawing need;
A single lunch from one small boy,
A crumb, a tiny seed;
But You, the Source of all, were there.
As Host, You broke the bread;
You lifted thanks, the Father blessed,
And all were richly fed.

This hungry world, this wilderness,
This deep and gnawing need;
A single Truth, a simple faith
Are such a tiny seed.
But You, the Life of All, are here,
Yourself, the Broken Bread.
You offer up Your life for all,
And all are richly fed.

Lord Jesus Christ, we come to You,
The lavish banquet spread,
The feast that satisfies the soul,
The true, eternal Bread.
With overflowing joy we dine
On life each moment new,
For all who trust will fully share
Forevermore in You!
